「くにがみAIバス」予約方法のご案内／How to Make a Reservation for the “Kunigami AI Bus”

令和7年6月1日より運行を開始する「くにがみAIバス」は、事前予約制でご利用いただけるオンデマンド型のバスサービスです。
以下の方法でご予約のうえ、ご利用ください。

※回線に限りがあります。繋がらない場合は、時間をおいておかけ直しください。

■ ご利用にあたっての注意事項

  • 「やんばるライオン」方面へご利用の場合は、必ず往路・復路ともに事前予約をお願いします。
    ※現地は電波が届きにくいため、現地での予約はできません。
  • バス到着時には、予約した乗車バス停に必ず事前にお越しください。
    ご不在の場合、ご予約はキャンセル扱いとなります。
  • このバスは複数名での乗り合い運行となります。
    予約状況に応じて、バスの到着予定時刻が前後する場合があります。
    ※配車状況はWEB上で確認可能です。
  • ご予約は8日前から可能です。最大6件まで同時に予約登録できます。
  • 予約状況により、ご希望の時間帯・ルートでの配車ができない場合があります。ご了承ください。
  • 乗車時は、ご予約されたお名前を運転手にお伝えください。

How to Make a Reservation for the “Kunigami AI Bus”

The Kunigami AI Bus, an on-demand bus service, will begin operation on June 1, 2025.
This service requires advance reservations. Please make a reservation using one of the methods below before boarding.

■ For Web Reservations

You can reserve a ride through the following website.
Login options: LINE account, email address, or d-account.

⏰ Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (daily)

Please note: Call lines are limited. If you cannot get through, wait a moment and try again.

■ Important Notes for Use

  • If you plan to visit the Yanbaru Lion area (Daisekirinzan), please make sure to reserve both your departure and return trips in advance.
    Cellular reception is poor in that area, so reservations cannot be made on-site.
  • Please arrive at the reserved bus stop before the scheduled arrival time.
    If you are not present when the bus arrives, your reservation may be canceled.
  • The Kunigami AI Bus operates as a shared-ride service.
    Depending on other users’ reservations, the arrival time may change.
    You can check the expected arrival time on the website.
  • You may make reservations up to 8 days in advance, with a maximum of 6 reservations at once.
  • In some cases, it may not be possible to reserve your preferred time or route due to high demand.
  • When boarding, please tell the driver the name under which the reservation was made.
